Pie Order Form
Please note that pie orders are PICK UP ONLY. Please fill out the form below with as much detail about your PIE ORDER request as possible. For orders to be completely submitted into production, a representative from Memorial Bakery must have emailed or called to review your custom order.
A minimum deposit of 50% is due once your order has been reviewed. The remaining balance must be paid on pick-up. All regular orders require 2 full business days to be completed. Large orders must allow 5-7 business days for completion. This varies case to case and will be decided upon when the order is placed.
